Parents

I lucked out with having fantastic parents.  I love them to pieces.  They came to visit us for a few days a couple of weeks ago.  We had such a good time, but it just went WAY.  TOO.  FAST.

They arrived Thursday afternoon and left on Monday morning.  We did a lot of eating (Weck’s, a steakhouse, Cheddar’s, pizza, a cookout, etc).  We went to Hastings a few times (different ones).  My mom loves looking for concerts on DVD and movies and my dad likes vinyl.  And I like everything at Hastings.  All of their used movies were 50% off.  We went to a few flea markets too. And Charming Charlie (twice!).  I had never been to Charming Charlie (it’s been here for about a year).  I got some cute stuff.
We took a desk to my husband’s new office downtown and helped him get set up a bit more.  His view from his new office:

Saturday we went to Balloon Fiesta.  It was the most perfect weather ever!  It was so much fun.  I got some great pictures.

We went to our Sunday meeting and my parents got to sit in on their first French WT study.  :)
Sunday afternoon we had a cookout.
I’m kicking myself for not taking more pictures when they were here.  Most of my pictures were from the Balloon Fiesta, but I did find this one in my phone of the dogs and my mom.  They loved her!

It was fun and a great visit.  I’m planning to visit in January to meet my new nephew so I’ll get to see everybody again then.  I miss them already!
P.S. - this is my most favorite picture that I've ever taken of the balloons:
